Job summary

You will read diagrams, follow job orders, set up cutters and markers, and help Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities include selecting tubing and fittings per cut sheets, loading reels, marking depths, and ensuring quality through gauging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Add, subtract, and perform basic math operations.
• Able to read simple diagrams and follow written instructions.
• Manufacturing roles require standing 8+ hours and ability to lift up to 45 pounds, PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Secure proper tubing types and quantities per cut sheets and templates.
• Set up cutter/marker, depth marking, ovens and cooling chamber for production.
• Assemble fittings to tubing, avoid cross-threading and excessive pressure.
• Load reel into payout and thread tubing through cutter per cut sheet.
• Set depth marking machines and verify tolerances with gauges.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives as needed.
• Perform work of equal or lower classification when required.
