Job summary

Alleima Precision Tube in Scottdale, PA is seeking Production Machine Operators to set up and operate high-precision stainless and nickel alloy tube production equipment. Responsibilities include calibration, material handling, and ensuring product quality per specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and allows second or night shifts. Start salary is $20.00 per hour with increases after six months, plus comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Able to work second shift (3:00PM–11:00PM) or night shift (11:00PM–7:00AM).
On-the-job training provided for setup and operation of production machinery.
Safety and housekeeping (5S) oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate and operate machines used in production processes.
Follow established procedures for conventional and specialized manufacturing processes.
Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications.
Raise and report issues related to production and machinery.
Inspect machining operations and finished parts for tolerances with precision tools.
Maintain clean and safe workstation and abide by PPE requirements.
