Job summary

Innovance, Inc. and Lou-Rich are seeking a Tube Laser Operator to support production and quality evaluation of laser-cut tubes. You will work closely with the Engineering team to review blueprints and specifications, ensuring quality benchmarks are met and contributing insights from test results.

The role requires setting up and operating laser cutting equipment, reading drawings, maintaining machines, and following safety procedures to produce precise parts for diverse OEM projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of laser/machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the tube laser-cutting machines.
• Fabricate high quality parts by setting up, loading/unloading, producing and packaging laser-cut tube steel parts.
• Cut a wide variety of customer parts in various sizes, shapes and metal thickness.
• Ensure finished parts meet Lou-Rich standards.
• Work with efficiency and precision to help keep costs reasonable.
