Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, dimensions, tolerances, cut lengths, and material orientation requirements.
• Set up, operate, and adjust tube laser equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet production and quality standards.
• 2+ years of laser equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and production drawings to meet specs.
• Set up, operate, and adjust tube laser equipment.
• Load/unload materials with forklifts, cranes, or other material-handling equipment.
• Inspect parts with tape measures and calipers.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE use.
• Participate in CI/5S and standardized work initiatives.
