Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in woodworking or machinery preferred.
• 1–3 years of shop experience in component assembly preferred.
• Experience operating cutting machinery preferred.
• Hands-on woodworking or carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate and maintain cutting machines (saws and CNC).
• Monitor inventory and flow of materials.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues.
• Interpret shop drawings or production software.
• Ensure final products meet quality standards.
• Organize and store materials efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflow.
