QXO is seeking a Truss Assembler to join its manufacturing team in Minnesota. You will assemble wood trusses and structural components per work orders and schedules, ensuring quality and safety. The role requires reading blueprints and using hand and power tools in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of maintaining accurate production records while adhering to safety policies and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in truss manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or production environments.
• Familiarity with blueprints, work orders, or technical drawings.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses and structural components according to work orders and specs.
• Read production paperwork and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, mark, and fasten materials using hand and power tools.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and compliance.
