Custom Truck Accessories Reno is seeking a full-time Installer Technician to join our shop team. This hands-on role focuses on precise, safe installations of aftermarket parts and accessories for trucks and RVs, emphasizing craftsmanship.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, reviewing work orders with sales to ensure accuracy before starting jobs, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and contributing to a culture of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior aftermarket installer experience or automotive role required.
• Suspension experience preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and a strong team player.
• Own a core set of automotive tools; company provides specialty tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of truck and RV aftermarket accessories with precision.
• Follow procedures to ensure safe, clean installations.
