Responsibilities

• Assemble transmissions and subassemblies using fixtures, presses, and tools.
• Set up and use torque wrenches/torque tools; verify fastener type and torque values.
• Install seals, gaskets, and hardware; apply sealants and lubricants as needed.
• Measure and verify characteristics using tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results for traceability.
• Conduct functional checks and basic testing as required.
