Job summary

Central Moloney, located in Florida, seeks a Finisher in Production to perform finishing and assembly on transformer units, preparing them for inspection, packaging and shipment.

You will read specifications, use hand and power tools, verify dimensions, and maintain quality records while collaborating with a safety-focused team on the 1st shift (Mon–Thu 6:30 am–5 pm) with potential OT on Fridays/Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, drawings, and process procedures.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify material, assembly, finishing, or quality defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations, including cleaning, assembly of attachments, torquing, guards, and other secondary manufacturing processes.
• Assemble manufactured components and purchased parts, including switches, fuses, bushings, wells, and other components.
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, drawings, and established process procedures.
