Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Finisher for our Transformers FL facility. You will perform secondary finishing and assembly on transformer units, ensuring readiness for inspection, packaging, and shipment. The role requires following quality procedures and maintaining documentation.

The position supports a 1st shift schedule with potential OT on Fridays/Saturdays, and offers health benefits, 401(k), and growth opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/finishing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions/specifications/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations including cleaning and assembly of components.
• Assemble components and purchased parts such as switches, fuses, bushings, wells.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings and process procedures.
• Use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
• Inspect finished units for defects and conformance to quality requirements.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
