Qualificações

• Candidates should have basic electrical winding knowledge and proven manual skills.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail and quality.

• Experience in a manufacturing/repair environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, inspect, and prepare cores, stators, armatures, and other motor components for rewinding.
• Wind coils using hand winding, coil winding machines, or form coil techniques according to specifications.
• Apply insulation, varnish, and protective coatings to windings.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform electrical tests of windings including resistance, insulation, and hi-pot testing.
• Read and interpret winding diagrams, electrical schematics, and manuals.
• Operate ovens, dip tanks, and other equipment for curing windings.
• Maintain winding records and quality documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
