Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate tools, machinery, and equipment per instructions and specifications.
• Choose, place, and firmly secure all required tools.
• Position and clamp workpieces on machine tables or holding devices.
• Monitor machine performance to confirm quality and adjust as needed.
• Set and fine-tune controls to regulate operation.
• Inspect tooling; repair or replace when necessary.
• Identify, tag, and remove nonconforming materials.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
