Job summary

A leading technology and engineering firm in Salt Lake City is hiring a Tool Maker C with responsibilities in fabricating and repairing parts using advanced machining techniques. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in operating CNC machines, welding, and reading engineering drawings. Additional skills in CAD software and quality control are preferred. This full-time position follows a unique 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with experience.
• Strong proficiency in machining and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair parts according to specifications.
• Machine materials including aluminum and steel.
• Perform quality checks on machining operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
