Qualifications

• Completion of a technical school machine tool apprenticeship or equivalent training and professional experience
• Strong knowledge of machining operations and tooling fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints and verify tolerances

Responsibilities

• Design, build, repair, and sharpen dies, fixtures, gauges, and production tooling
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to tight tolerances
• Read blueprints, layouts, and specifications for accuracy
• Troubleshoot tooling and equipment to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency
• Maintain safe, productive work habits and reliable attendance
