Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, and precision tooling essential for production.

You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, and use CAD tools along with EDM, CNC mills, Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders to ensure high-quality, accurate tooling while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of Tool & Die apprenticeship required.
• Experience with precision tooling in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operate EDM, CNC mills, Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders.
• Inspect tooling for quality and functionality.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
