Bolsan is seeking a tool and die maker to perform own set-ups and grind components for multiple manufacturing product lines. The role requires reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining close tolerances with carbide and hardened steels.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, work with mills, lathes, surface grinders, and related fixtures, and keep the work area clean and safe. Equal employment opportunities are provided by Bolsan.

• Shop math
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Use measuring instruments (i.e., micrometers, calipers, comparators).
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a tool maker for a manufacturing facility.

Responsabilidades

• Perform own set-ups and machine/grind all necessary components to support manufacturing product lines.
• Repair header tools and make complete header tool components.
• Work with carbide, hardened tool steels, dies and cutting tools to close tolerance.
• Use mills, lathes, surface grinders, hones and fixtures.
• Apply shop math as required.
• Keep the work area clean and maintained.
