Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Columbia, SC service center. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires and wheels, decrease tire wear, and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or related education/training.
• Preferred state vehicle inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use latest equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state-mmandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed.
• Assist with other automotive service tasks and vehicle repairs as required.
