Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional tile installation experience.
• Experience with Schluter and HydroBlok waterproofing systems.
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate layouts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, and large-format tile.
• Prepare substrates including waterproofing, leveling, and underlayment installation.
• Install shower systems, backsplashes, floors, walls, and custom tile features.
• Perform layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and caulking with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, PMs, and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while upholding VKB Homes' quality standards.
• Assist carpenters in all Remodeling tasks.
