Job summary

Singer Industrial’s 4-Star Hose & Supply division in Dallas seeks a full-time Metal Hose Fitter/Fabricator to assemble and TIG-weld stainless steel hose assemblies per customer specs and drawings. The ideal candidate will weld thin-wall stainless steel, assemble hose components, and maintain strict quality controls.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting parts, inspecting welds, and keeping tools and work area clean and safe while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Fit, assemble, and fabricate stainless steel hose assemblies.
• Perform precision TIG welding on thin-wall stainless steel parts.
• Weld hose components, collars, fittings, and end connections.
• Measure, cut, and position components for welding.
• Interpret drawings and work orders to ensure correct fabrication.
• Inspect welds for quality and report defects.
• Maintain welding equipment and workspace in safe condition.
