Job summary

Accelera is hiring a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Florida production team. You will fabricate and assemble stainless steel tables, cabinets, shelving units, and components using precise shop drawings and measurements.

The role emphasizes thin-gauge stainless work with a strict 14–18 gauge focus and a hands-on TIG welding assessment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in welding/fabrication, experience with 14–18 gauge stainless, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in welding/fabrication/manufacturing.
• Proficient in TIG welding of 14–18 gauge stainless steel.
• Scratch-start TIG welding without foot pedal preferred.
• Able to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Accurate measurement with standard tools.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute TIG welding and fabrication for stainless steel shelving, cabinets, tables, and related items.
• Perform scratch-start TIG welding without a foot pedal to ensure consistent output on 14–18 gauge stainless steel.
• Interpret fabrication specs, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Assemble, cut, measure, and weld components to meet precise dimensions.
• Use fabrication equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools to maintain standards.
• Verify welds for integrity, fit, and aesthetics.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
• Complete tasks to meet quality goals.
