MetalStorm Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our shop workforce. You will use MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum, finish parts per prints, and read customer drawings to produce precise, high-quality components.

Applicants should have welding/fabricating experience, ability to read blueprints, and basic measurement skills. The role offers daytime 8-10 hour shifts, with competitive starting pay from $23 to $30 per hour and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Must have welding/fabricating experience.
• Food grade polishing experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of blueprint reading (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Weld using MIG and/or TIG for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Finish parts per spec on print or lead’s instruction.
• Read and interpret customer drawings.
• Produce quality parts with precision on customer specifications.
• Review traveler/prints to determine fabrication/welding needs.
• Read blueprints, tape measure, and caliper.
• Double check parts to spec before and after fabrication, then get final approval.
• Follow directions in a fast-paced environment to meet time frames.
