Under supervision, you will read routing instructions, operate buffing wheels, sandblast parts, and verify clean, damage-free surfaces while maintaining a safe, organized work area. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with limited movement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Read router instructions and follow the supervisor’s schedule.
• Operate buffing wheel as required.
• Sandblast parts as needed.
• Ensure visual acceptance of castings.
• Record daily work and time distribution with operational codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely product movement.
• May perform special projects.
