Job summary

New-Wire-Marine-1 is seeking a Sub-Assembly Technician to perform prep and sub-assembly of marine dash panels, glove boxes, and related components. You will follow blueprints and production schedules, using hand/power tools and welding-related supplies as required.

The role emphasizes strict quality control, safe handling of materials, and collaboration with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Precise and detail-oriented with quality focus.
• Efficient, organized work style and ability to stay on task.
• Comfortable alternating between seated and standing positions.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics/drawings.
• Experience with or exposure to power/hand tools helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sub-assemble products and components per blueprints and schedules.
• Inspect sub-assemblies to ensure quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Safely handle and store metals, plastics, and composites.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and address challenges.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and adhere to PPE guidelines.
