Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Stretch Wrapper Technician at our Houston distribution center. You will maintain turntable and rotary arm stretch wrappers, adjust film tension, and implement wrap patterns to ensure secure pallet loads on the dock.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical ability, experience with maintenance of stretch wrapping equipment, and the skill to troubleshoot VFDs and photo-eye sensors for reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience maintaining stretch wrapping equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills including bearing and chain replacement.
• Understanding of film pre-stretch ratios and wrap pattern optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot VFDs and photo-eye sensors.
