Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or may be required.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to use hand tools and products such as heat sealer, tape dispenser, and box cutter.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and follow policies.
• Safety conscious behavior and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and job routers.
• Use hand and air tools for assembly and setup jobs.
• Operate bandsaw, drill-press, thermal press, and sonic welder as needed.
• Identify and report material or quality issues.
• Set up jobs and pull inventory with assistance from lead and materials.
• Test and quality check products before packing, using calipers and visual testers.
• Package and stack product for shipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Promote a safe, friendly work environment and follow policy.
