Job summary

Techtronic Industries Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for day shift manufacturing operations. You will safely operate powered industrial equipment while supporting picking, packing, repackaging, unloading, and inventory tasks to ensure product accuracy and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months in a warehouse setting, forklift license, and strong math and English comprehension. OT may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 months of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift operation experience required; Lift Truck Operator license/certification required.
• Ability to read and understand written English instructions.
• Ability to add and multiply numbers; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift and material handling equipment safely.
• Complete picking, packing, repackaging, and unloading tasks.
• Maintain inventory and order accuracy; ensure quality.
• Follow all safety, security, and quality policies; use PPE.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed; support continuous improvement initiatives.
