Manpower, Inc. in Endicott, NY is seeking a Stamping Machine Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. You will operate stamping presses, load materials, and ensure parts meet quality specs.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety instructions. A minimum of 2 years in a production environment is needed, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience in a production environment required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and safety requirements.
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machine operation and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Operate stamping presses per instructions and safety requirements.
• Load raw materials into stamping equipment and prepare press for production.
• Monitor press performance to ensure quality and dimensional specs.
• Perform routine inspections with gauges and measuring tools; complete first-piece, in-process and final inspections.
• Record production quantities, scrap, downtime, and quality data; maintain 5S cleanliness.
