Job summary

Relyans Max in Michigan is seeking a Qualifying Machine Operator to inspect parts and support manufacturing processes. You will perform machine and manual inspection for defects on parts produced internally and by suppliers.

You will set up workstations, verify parts, maintain SAP/ERP records, operate pallet jacks, support 6S housekeeping, and complete required paperwork according to sorting instructions. This hourly role emphasizes safety, accurate data entry, teamwork, and adherence to MISOSHA

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift and handle parts up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand at a station for long periods.
• Strong basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good troubleshooting and data-entry capabilities.
• Clear communication across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up materials, boxes, totes, and packaging instructions.
• Verify parts match batch numbers and are free of contamination.
• Maintain SAP/ERP system data and required job paperwork.
• Operate pallet jacks and monitor machine readiness.
• Support 6S and housekeeping; follow safety rules.
