Job summary

LandPro Equipment is seeking an Integrated Solutions Consultant to act as the technical resource for John Deere precision technology and connected solutions. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Parts to demonstrate, install, and troubleshoot technology while training employees and customers.

You will travel between LandPro locations, learn customers’ operations, identify efficiency opportunities, and help teams adopt new tech solutions that improve performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership sales, service, training, precision technology, agriculture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wireless communication technologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other standard desktop and internet-based applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel between store locations and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for John Deere precision technology, connected support solutions, and other aligned technologies.
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to support customer technology needs, demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Work with customers to understand their operation and recommend technology solutions that improve performance.
• Develop and deliver technology training for employees, technicians, and customers.
• Coordinate customer technology clinics and technician training throughout the year.
• Help dealership teams understand and support precision technology products.
• Support adoption of new technology and product offerings across the dealership.
• Monitor expert alerts and diagnostic trouble codes and provide guidance to customers and service teams.
• Work with service to ensure precision tech installations and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Assist with equipment demonstrations and technology implementation alongside Sales and Service.
