Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing electronic assembly experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC use, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly on PCBs following procedures.
• Conduct and document testing per protocols with accuracy.
• Document test failures and non-conformances and troubleshoot as needed.
• Record production data in SunTech's ERP system.
• Adhere to the production schedule and communicate changes.
• Solder through-hole and SMT components with precision.
• Meet soldering standards and pass a skills evaluation.
• Follow ESD safety protocols.
