Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering and/or machine soldering as applicable.
• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and process documentation.
• Inspect solder joints for quality, defects, and conformance to specifications.
• Identify and report defects, process deviations, or equipment issues.
• Rework or repair assemblies as required per documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
• Follow all safety, quality, and ESD requirements.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives.
