Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform inspections and testing procedures to verify quality.
• Review completed work for compliance with drawings and plans.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing and quality documentation.
• Access and use current revisions of electronic docs.
• Support training and cross-training initiatives.
• Demonstrate teamwork and operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety and productivity.
• Follow written instructions with high accuracy.
• Perform precision soldering based on blueprints and using microscopes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
