Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Two years of SMT experience or equivalent demonstrated through prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot SMT production equipment across the shift.
• Follow work instructions and IPC‑A‑610 / J‑STD‑001 standards.
• Support in inspections, SMT line maintenance andPreventative maintenance.
• Use MES to track job status and ensure production schedules meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols and participate in Lean initiatives.
