Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Mechatronics/Automation/Electronic engineering preferred.
- Experience with SMT automation equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, calibration, and preventive maintenance on SMT automation equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures quickly, implement emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Adjust placement/pressure parameters to improve yield, efficiency, and reliability.
- Promote equipment modification and performance enhancement projects.
- Write maintenance SOPs and failure analysis reports.
- Train technicians and collaborate with production, process, and quality teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
