Job summary

CONNEXION is seeking a Precision Small-Parts Assembly Technician in East Providence, RI. You will assemble, package, and label small products, performing simple quality checks and using basic hand tools on a clean production floor.

Working Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, you’ll build experience toward a permanent role while contributing to on-time shipments and maintaining documentation. PPE provided and breaks included.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly exposure is a plus (not required).
• Experience with small device or medical device assembly is preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and mechanical hand tools.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put together, package, and label small products with consistency and care.
• Carry out basic visual and functional quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Use simple tools and shop equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow written work instructions and all safety procedures.
• Complete production forms and related documentation accurately.
• Keep your workstation neat, organized, and ready for the next task.
