Job summary

Adecco is hiring small part assemblers in Madison, WI, a temp-to-hire role at a medical device manufacturer. 1st shift runs 6:30am–3:00pm, with pay of $18/hour, in a climate-controlled HQ near the airport.

Responsibilities include assembling and testing batteries, installing headlights on loupes, and following SOPs. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 10 lbs, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures.
• Speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work overtime during week and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test batteries and accessories.
• Install headlights on loupes.
• Use hand tools, screwdrivers, soldering iron, curing wands, pliers.
• Read and understand production documentation.
• Understand and build to quality metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
