Qualifications

• Manufacturing, construction, body shop, paint prep, sanding, or finishing experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare signs and cabinets for painting and finishing
• Sand, scuff, clean, and prep surfaces for production
• Apply and sand fillers as needed
• File and finish fabricated components
• Move materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Operate hand tools, sanders, and material-handling equipment safely
• Help ensure every product meets quality expectations before paint and final assembly
