Kokosing, Inc. is looking for a skilled Shop Welder to join our shop team. You will weld, fabricate, and assemble components and fixed assets, reading drawings and ensuring quality in a collaborative, production-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of shop welding/fabrication experience and proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Air Arc Gouging. You will read blueprints, lift up to 50 pounds, and may work overtime as needed, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of shop welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Air Arc Gouging.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, climb.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime during peak periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Weld, fabricate, and assemble parts, frames, brackets, and components according to drawings and procedures.
• Cut, grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Measure, layout, mark, and fit components; read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Inspect welds and fabricated components for quality; correct defects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized shop and assist with materials inventory.
