Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear in Danielsville, PA is seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Associate to accurately locate, verify, pack, and prepare machined products for shipment.

You will operate narrow-aisle pickers, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate across departments. 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Basic math and clear communication required.
• Read and understand instructions in English and complete logs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select products from shelves following labeling guidelines.
• Verify picked items against orders and prepare for packing.
• Pack and label items for shipment; box and secure items.
• Operate narrow-aisle pickers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operations.
