Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. in the Lehigh Valley is seeking shipping/warehouse associates to pick, pack, and prepare machined products for shipment, and to operate narrow-aisle pickers safely.

You will work 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork; the company offers comprehensive health benefits, PTO, 401(k) Profit Trust, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and clear communication.
• Able to read and understand instructions in English and complete logs.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and position items up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours.
• Comfortable standing and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select products from warehouse shelves or floor locations following guidelines.
• Verify picked and packed items against order requirements for accuracy.
• Pack and prepare machined products for shipment, including boxing and labeling.
• Operate powered narrow-aisle pickers safely to retrieve items from shelves.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operations.
