Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and handle sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a manual press brake according to work orders and drawings.
• Select and install punches and dies.
• Adjust tooling and machine settings for bend angles and dimensions.
• Measure and inspect parts with tape measures and calipers.
• Check first piece and monitor quality during runs.
• Identify defective parts and report tooling or equipment issues.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Keep work area clean and assist with other production duties.
