Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment.
• Proficient reading blueprints and GD&T fundamentals.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and height gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Good team communication and problem-solving on the line.

Responsibilities

• Operate lasers, press brakes, hardware insertion machines and drills to produce sheet metal parts.
• Load programs and adjust machine offsets as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and tolerances to ensure part quality.
• Inspect parts and determine conformity to specifications.
• Maintain on-time production and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement and problem solving on the line.
