Job summary

Metro Equipment & Sheetmetal, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator in Warrenton, VA to produce sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components. You will follow technical drawings, operate laser and metal-cutting equipment, and ensure parts meet exact specifications with careful attention to detail.

The role requires safe operation of shop machinery, reliable attendance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Commitment to safe operation of shop equipment and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components per specs.
• Measure, cut, form, assemble, and finish components to specs.
• Operate shop machinery including metal-cutting and laser equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect components for accuracy, quality, and fit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
