Qualifications

Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines.

Able to read instructions and perform basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

Operate high-speed sewing machines (single/double needle, serger, programmable).
Learn to use materials and threads (cotton, rayon, polyester, wool).
Sew components with precision and pattern matching.
Participate in coaching to improve technique and efficiency.
Read work orders, fit and make made-to-measure garments to specifications.
Monitor productivity using performance tracking systems and teamwork.
