Job summary

World Emblem International is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator / Sewer to join our production team. You will operate multi-head embroidery and sewing machinery to produce high-quality products.

Training is provided for the right candidates, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior embroidery or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer with a drug-free workplace and background checks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, or similar fast-paced environment.
• High-quality work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions.
• Identify and correct garment or stitching defects during production.
