Job summary

Masterack in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a dependable Set-Up & Run Operator to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for metal components. You will follow work instructions, read blueprints, and ensure dimensional accuracy while supporting safety and quality initiatives.

You will perform first-piece inspections, use calipers and micrometers, document production activities, and collaborate with a team to meet daily production goals. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions and production docs.
• Basic math and measurement skills; strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment per production schedules and work instructions.
• Read blueprints and specs; verify dimensions with calipers/micrometers.
• Perform first-piece inspections and routine quality checks.
• Maintain 5S and Lean manufacturing practices in the work area.
• Document production activity and communicate issues to supervisors.
