Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and identifying defects.
• Ability to read, write, and verbalize instructions in English.
• Experience with PLC or CNC operations preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up and operate machines, selecting and securing fixtures and tools.
• Understand tool offsets and adjustments and tool changes.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust controls as needed.
• Verify finished work against specifications.
• Run trials to verify machine settings and data.
• Handle tool damage or machine faults and recover equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
