Responsibilities

• Follow quality control and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain and update data records for work in process and finished goods inventory.
• Physically count all raw materials to match work orders.
• Assemble stainless steel probes and plastic housings per work orders.
• Test sensors and wires after assembly to ensure functionality and no defects.
• Mix potting material and potting sensors.
• Cut wires and crimp sensors to wires using appropriate tools.
• Heat shrink with heat guns or heat shrinking machines.
• Solder sensors on wires.
• Use test equipment for designated test procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
