Job summary

IFB Solutions is seeking a seam sealer operator to accurately seal seams, ensure tape alignment, and maintain quality standards on the production line. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

On-the-job training is provided, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred. The position is based in the United States with standard work responsibilities on site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to visually inspect product and identify defects.
• Must be able to sit for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Properly seal all seams of product, ensuring tape is centered and no puckers/pleats form.
• Make repairs as directed by the seam sealer lead or supervisor.
• Follow vendor recommendations for operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Notify lead or supervisor of any problems or process concerns.
