The role focuses on operating screen printing equipment, maintaining print quality and assisting in production workflows to support our design-forward product line.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with strong emphasis on precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Operates screen printing equipment for grass cloth, fabric and wallpaper.
• Ensures print quality and color accuracy.
• Works with design/production teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust screens for printing.
• Prepare screens and ink for production runs.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Clean and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow production schedules and deadlines.
• Inspect prints for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams.
